Day 1: Tirana - Durres - Berat

At 09:00, set out on an adventure from Tirana to Durres, an "Open Book of History" that documents the last 25 centuries. Visit the Medieval Market and the Roman Amphitheater to learn more about its rich history. Leave Durres and travel to Berat, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its architecture in the Ottoman style and diverse cultural influences. Get lost in the three neighborhoods of Berat: "Kala," "Mangalem," and "Gorica." Discover the "Onufri" Museum of Iconography, and the Orthodox Monastery, "Dormitory of Saint Mary". Optional: Enjoy a wine tasting at one of the nearby wineries in Berat.

Day 2: Berat - Sarande - Butrint - Gjirokaster

Embark on a scenic drive along the enchanting Albanian Riviera, pausing in picturesque villages and local restaurants to absorb the cultural nuances. Visit the UNESCO-listed Butrint, an ancient Greek and Roman city with a historical tapestry dating back to prehistoric times. Immerse yourself in the medieval charm of Gjirokastra, described by Ismail Kadare as a city like no other. Wander through cobblestone paths, exploring fortress-style houses. Spend the night in Gjirokastra.

Day 3: Gjirokaster - Permet - Korce - Pogradec

Travel east, stopping for a short while at Permet by the Vjosa River, one of the last wild rivers in Europe. Discover Permet's slow food and gastronomy. Travel to Korca, which is well-known for its cultural significance and for having hosted the first Albanian school in 1887. Take a quick walking tour of Korca before spending the night in Pogradec.

Day 4: Pogradec City Tour and Drilon - Return to Tirana

Take a tour of Pogradec's city center and the magnificent Ohrid Lake, which is among the deepest and oldest lakes in Europe. Learn about the historical significance of Pogradec, a favorite vacation spot for Constantine's parents and Enver Hoxha. Cancellations from 14 to 7 days before departure: 30% penalty.
Cancellations from 7 to 4 days before departure: 50% penalty.
Cancellation within 3 days before departure: 100% penalty.
There will be no refund in the event of a no-show or voluntary interruption of a trip that has already started.
