The tour starts at the town hall building where visitors are introduced to the organization of local government in Dibër and the old building of the first town hall dating back to 1920.
Then it continues on the main boulevard of the city with the former building of the municipality, an old characteristic building on the main boulevard of the city, with the building of the Prefecture and other institutions as the center of the District of Dibra, and continues with the bust of Elez Isufi (The Bear of the Mountains) one of the Dibra warriors.
A walk and visit to the Tourist Information Office where you can get to know the tourist attractions of Dibra, and buy some souvenirs, a visit to the "Haki Stërmilli" - Palace of Culture, where various folklore concerts are organized, and where the "Oda Dibrane" festival is held, with participation from all Albanian groups. This palace is named after the writer Haki Stërmilli, who published the first Albanian novel "If I were a boy" and was the first mayor of the Dibër district after the Second World War, where he built the Executive Committee building at the end of the boulevard with bricks from the prison.
Then we arrive in front of the bust of Skënderbeu, which, unlike other cities, Skënderbeu is standing without a helmet, and this is related to the fact that he is the son of Dibra, who together with 300 warriors landed in Dibra for the first time, and organized battles for the of Kruja.
A stop in front of the Gymnasium building, one of the first Pedagogical schools in Albania when it was opened for the whole North of Albania.
The next stop is at the monument to the heroes of independence Don Nikola Kaçori and Haxhi Vehbi Dibra, where religious tolerance in Dibër is emphasized (history of Kirçishti where orthodox families sheltered Muslim children and elders calling them their children during the Serbian genocide, and marriages in Lure between Catholics and Muslims and where one brother is Catholic and the other Muslim) and then a visit to the museum of Dibra.
In the museum, there are pavilions showing the entire history of Dibra, the archaeological, ethnographic, and historical pavilions.
