With this tour you will find yourselves outside the traditional tourism routes. The small town of Permet is famous for its free outdoor free spas, the exciting landscape, the folk music that is played on the streets and in clubs.
Permet is located in the south of Albania, in the Gjirokaster County, near the border with Greece and Macedonia. Always considered the greenest and cleanest city in Albania, Permet is also known with two appellations. The first is that of "city of roses", which well describes the strong presence of flower gardens and rose gardens. The second is that of "city on the river". Permet is washed by the waters of the Vjosa river - the second largest in Albania in terms of water reserves. The Vjosa crosses the town forming a large canyon, defining the particular profile on which the city developed. The same river that flows from the inhabited center, is crossed by ancient bridges. The Vjosa, which forms a long green valley that extends from Çarshove to the district of Tepelenë. But there is not only the river, peaks of considerable size rise around Permet, among which it is a must to mention Mount Nëmërçkë (2485 m) and Mount Dhëmbel (2080 m).
