About Saranda

Saranda is a coastal town in Albania situated on an open sea gulf of the Ionian Sea in the central Mediterranean, about 14 km east of the northern end of the island of Corfu. Stretching along the Albanian Ionian Sea, Saranda is known to be one of the sunniest cities in Albania, with over 300 sunny days a year.


Recently, Saranda has seen an obvious increase in visitors, mostly come from cruise ships. the archaeological sites and the natural environment of Saranda attract more than 700,000 visitors yearly
